Video Production Guarantee 1 - To listen and understand

As simple as it may seem, to listen and understand is probably our most important guarantee - and it's based on communication, both externally and internally.

Through experience, we know how important it is that everyone on our team understands every issue that's important to you... so over the years, we've developed working systems that make sure we're on track through each step of production. 

Video Production Guarantee 2 - To fine-tune and polish

With the edit complete, a client may want to make a change somewhere within the finished project.

Because of our sincere commitment to delight you, we guarantee to fine-tune and polish, based on your review.

An example of this may be that you’d prefer a different shot to one we’ve chosen (and we may have your preferred alternative in the portion of unused ‘wild’ footage)...it could be that you’d like a title superimposed somewhere to emphasise an activity or location a little more clearly, or perhaps you’d like to change our selection of background music..

The only condition on this fine-tuning is that you give us all the changes together, so we can make these corrections in one session of editing.  

Video Production Guarantee 3 - Outstanding quality

All filming and editing is at High Definition progressive scan broadcast level, to give you clear, crisp quality of both vision and sound. In post production, we use 'state of the art' editing software to colour grade each image, to achieve the desired level of colour saturation.  

Video Production Guarantee 4 - Your costs won't increase

The price we submit for projects is always firm, it simply won't budge. In all our years of business, no client has ever paid more than the agreed budget, and we make this same promise to you. This guarantee allows us to invest time being as fussy as we like to be, while you relax, knowing costs won't escalate.
